On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Joe Lillis, chairman for the Clare Agricultural Show. The Clare Agricultural Show society has a long and deep history and played an important part in the agricultural heritage in the county for well over 100 years. This year’s Clare Agricultural Show will take place this coming Sunday, the 9th of July at the Ennis Showgrounds.
Joe discussed the work they’ve put into the event and explained how every person in the committee is involved and busy. He also gave Alan a sneak peak of what to expect at the show. Joe also highlighted how to enter your animal into competitions for a chance to win a big prize.
