Heart Children is the national charity supporting people with congenital heart disease (CHD) and their families.
This Saturday, they will host a conference aimed at young people, between the ages of 16-20 years. The focus of ‘The Beat Goes On’ conference is on the transition from child to adult CHD services.
For more on this Peter O’Connell was joined by Sheila Campbell, CEO of the charity Heart Children and Christina O’Connor, mum to Aoibhín, who has a congenital heart condition, based in Clarecastle on Tuesday’s Morning Focus.
