Eamonn Meehan, Executive Director of Trocaire, spoke to Pat Flynn on Morning Focus following his recent trip to South Sudan, outlining the conditions there and calling for more International News Coverage of the poverty and violence taking place across the Third World.
More than 2,000 migrants have died so far this year trying to cross the Mediterranean and today Mr Meehan also says the international community should focus on resolving conflicts that drive people to Europe.
