Earlier this week Alan attended the official opening of the FASD Ireland office HQ in Ennis. FASD is an anacronym for Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders is the most preventable neuro-developmental disability in the country.
FASD Ireland was established in September last year to be the ‘go to’ hub for everyone living with FASD, including families, carers, teachers and the wider community across Ireland
Minister of State for Disability Anne Rabbitte was on hand this week to officially open their offices on O’Connell Street. Alan headed along to the launch, where he spoke with Tristan and Scott Casson-Rennie from FASD Ireland, and Minister of State for Disabilities, Anne Rabbitte.
