Orla Higgins, who is from Shannon, knows only too well about substance abuse and the difficulties and chaos addiction can cause in a person’s life.
Orla, who is a young mother, has thankfully emerged from what were undoubtedly her darkest days, and now wants to empower others to fight for sobriety.
