On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Fr.Harry Bohan. Fr. Harry, one of our previous In Profile Guests, is a sociologist who won two national hurling league titles as a manager of the Clare senior hurlers during the 70’s. He is also a campaigner for rural Ireland. In 1998 he set up the Ceilfin center.
Fr. Harry was the recent recipient of a national award and also celebrated his Diamond Jubilee in the priesthood.

He discussed the celebrations of his Diamond Jubilee at the Sixmilebridge church and highlighted his feelings and thoughts on his celebration ceremony.
He also outlined what had influenced his career decisions from a young age and his time in the developing Ireland.
