There has been a 26% increase in reports of domestic violence to Gardaí in Clare over the past two years.

This has led to calls for more supports and funding for services that offer valuable emergency assistance to the victims of domestic violence and their families.

On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Siobhan O’Connor, Manager of Services at Clare Haven Services and Inspector David Finnerty, Domestic Abuse Liaison Inspector for Clare Division.
