Razan Abdel Wahed fled from war-torn Syria and is now living in Ennistymon. She has been awarded the Clare Garda Division Youth Award for her courage in making a new life in the town and being a high-achiever despite language barriers and having to move her whole life to Ireland two years ago. Clare FM’s Fiona McGarry interviewed Razan about her experiences.
