When Donald Trump was elected to the White House in November 2016, many residents of Doonbeg told us they were hopeful of a Presidential visit.
As we know, that wish will become a reality next week, when Air Force One touches down on Wednesday (June 5) at Shannon Airport and the US President travels to his luxury resort on the shores of West Clare as part of a European tour.
