The William Winder Rainbow Foundation has been run entirely by Mark Winder and his wife for the last 3 years. The foundation originally offered 10 free sessions with counsellers but had to cut down due to a lack of funding. Many people came to them looking for bereavement counselling but they were unable to cover the cost.
