Clare’s All Ireland winning heroes of 2024 have received 14 All Star nominations.
Sixmilebridge’s Cathal Malone is the only player from the starting 15 who is omitted from the list.
Shane O’Donnell is in line for the Hurler of the Year accolade with the Eire Óg clubman shortlisted alongside Limerick’s Kyle Hayes and Cork’s Darragh Fitzgibbon.
Feakle’s Adam Hogan is among the trio shortlisted for the Young Hurler of the Year along with Limerick’s Cathal O’Neill and Eoin Downey of Cork.
There are eight counties represented in total. The breakdown is Clare 14, Cork 10, Limerick nine, Kilkenny four, with Waterford, Wexford, Dublin and Antrim having two representatives each.

The nominations were chosen by a panel of Gaelic Games journalists from across, print, radio, TV and digital media. The All-Stars scheme dates back to 1971, and the PwC Hurling All-Stars will be announced live on RTÉ tv at a special banquet in the RDS on Friday, November 1st – the 140th anniversary of the formation of the GAA.
