The manager of the Banner hurlers claims the experience his team have gained from successive Munster campaigns will propel the club to new heights.

The Lahinch Road outfit’s season came to an end after extra-time at the semi-final stage for the second year in a row following defeat to Limerick’s Feenagh-Kilmeady.

Despite not claiming a county title in the past two seasons, The Banner have represented Clare on the provincial stage as the best placed flagship team in the Junior county championship.

Manager Liam O’Reilly is confident his young squad will go on to claim domestic silverware.
