It is a second meeting of the sides within a week, with the Leinster outfit leaving Miltown with victory on Saturday afternoon.
Clare registered wins over Offaly and Limerick prior to that, and Neylon says with championship now just over a month away, it is a bonus to have another competitive game to look forward to.
