Cork Goals Hit Clare Hard – Coughlan

Clare’s minor football manager acknowledges that the goals conceded against Cork has them fighting for championship survival.

Ryan O’Donovan, Keith O’Driscoll and Shane Aherne got the Rebel three-pointers to make themselves favourites to reach the Munster Final.

Clare will deny Cork if they beat Kerry next Thursday, something they haven’t managed since 1964.

Dermot Coughlan says they were hit with a sucker punch everytime they looked to build an advantage.
