Stage four of the FBD Insurance Ras 2009 takes the peloton on a 178 kilometre tour of Kerry today.

It starts in Caherciveen, include a category one climb over the Connor Pass and ends in Killorglin.
Tomorrow the ras heads north into Limerick and passes through Killaloe, Ogonelle and Tuamgraney before the stage finish inScariff.
