Eire Óg will be hoping to secure their passage to the quarter-finals of the TUS Clare senior football championship this weekend.
The Townies take on Kilmihil in Cusack Park on Sunday afternoon, knowing victory will send them through with a game to spare.
Paul Madden’s side opened their campaign with a gritty two point win over Kilmurry Ibrickane, and have no new injury concerns after their hurlers outing last weekend.
Madden says it is vital they manage their season cleverly if they are to sustain a dual campaign.
