There is an Ennis derby in store this weekend in the opening round of the Munster Junior Cup.
Avenue United and Ennis Dons meet at the St Flannan’s school grounds on Saturday evening with a 5.30pm kickoff.
Avenue are the reigning Clare league and cup champions, and will be hoping this season will see them make further progress in the provincial and national cup competitions.
There is another all Clare tie in the competition on Sunday, where Kilrush Rangers host Tulla United from 2.30pm
