Fixture details have been announced for this weekend’s action in the Clare Senior Hurling Championship.
The last two champions meet for a place in the Quarter Finals while the battle for survival also heats up.
In the winners group, holders Ballyea face 2015 champions Sixmilebridge at 7pm in Cusack Park on Saturday evening.
Elsewhere they start at 4pm in Sixmilebridge where St Josephs face Newmarket.
On Sunday, Whitegate and Eire Og clash in the Bridge at 1pm while in Cusack Park at 6.30pm it’s the meeting of Inagh/Kilnamona and Clonlara.
In the losers section the standout tie is the clash of Crusheen and Cratloe with that one underway on Saturday in Cusack Park at 5pm.
It’s a 2pm start in Shannon for the meeting of Feakle and Clooney/Quin, while Clarecastle and Tulla slug it out from 2.30pm in Sixmilebridge.
On Sunday, Wolfe Tones face O’Callaghans Mills in Newmarket with a 1.45pm start.
