Flannans Boss Feels Side Didn’t Do Basics Well Enough After Corn Ui Mhuiri Loss

St Flannans manager John Connolle felt his side being outmuscled was the difference as they bowed out of the Corn ui Mhuiri.

The Ennis side lost their quarter final tie to St. Francis College Rochestown of Cork on a scoreline of 1-10 to 1-4.

Flannans kicked ten wides throughout the game, with a goal from substitute James Doherty not enough to spark a second half revival.

 

Connolle felt his side didn’t do the basics well enough throughout the 60 minutes of the contest.
