Freeman Steps Down As Manager Of Clare Ladies Footballers

The Clare ladies footballers are searching for a new manager following their exit from the 2024 intermediate championship.

Kildare native Wayne Freeman informed the players that he was stepping down from the role in the aftermath of their quarter-final loss to Tyrone in Cusack Park.

Freeman’s time in charge saw Clare narrowly lose out in last years All Ireland final along with securing the Division Three League title earlier this year.
