Clare’s Ladies Footballers will bid to make it back to back appearances in the All Ireland Intermediate Championship this afternoon.
Neil Moynihan’s side take on Meath in their last eight tie, with the Leinster outfit only having dropped out of the senior ranks in 2016.
Clare will be without a number of key players for this afternoons game, with captain Laurie Ryan and Nicole Doherty missing out through injury while Becky Mahon is serving a suspension.
Moynihan is confident his side can continue in their development.
