Clare’s Sports Inclusion and Disability Officer is confident this years Inclusive Summer Camps will be the most successful yet in the county.
Clare Local Sports Partnership are hosting four camps over the coming weeks, aimed at providing young people with the experience of exercise and sport in a modified environment.
Derg AC kick off next week with an inclusive athletics camp, while Clare GAA, the FAI and Clare Comets Basketball will also hold camps over the next two months.
Sports Inclusion and Disability Officer James Murrihy says the camps are aimed at providing children with the tools to maximise their enjoyment.
