Clare minor football selector Eamon Keane feels their run in this years championship will help develop the squad for future campaigns.
The Banner are preparing for their 6th championship game of the 2017 season when they face Dublin in the All Ireland Quarter Final on Bank Holiday Monday in O’Moore Park Portlaoise.
Clare will be looking to bounce back from defeat in the Munster Final to Kerry as they bid to reach the last four of the championship for the first time since 1953.
Keane says the experience of contesting the latter stages of the championship will be a huge experience for the squad in the future.
