Anthony Foley's side scraped past Ospreys in the last four, with Glasgow Warriors awaiting on Saturday in Kingspan Stadium Belfast.
The Scottish outfit were 21-18 winners when the sides met in Scotstoun, while Munster got revenge in Thomond Park winning 22-10.
