O Loughlin warns of hard work ahead for Clare seniors as Tulla fight to preserve their top flights status

Clare hurling boss Ger O Loughlin believes  a lot of hard work will be needed for Clare to compete at the top level of hurling in the coming years.

Speaking to Clarefm O Loughlin felt that the introduction of  a number of younger players this season had been a positive step for the developement of the county team.

The former All Ireland winner feels time and patience as well as hard work will be needed for Clare to be a success over the coming years:

Elsewhere locally and Tulla have the chance to retain their Clare champions cup divison one staus if they can beat Clarecastle tonight.

Clonlara were relegated yesterday after a defeat to Inagh Kilnamona while Cratloe could only draw with Newmarket which leaves them just one point ahead of the 2007 County champions ahead of tonights encounter.
