One of the stars of the Clare Senior Hurling side is hopeful their exploits this year will benefit the sport in the county for years to come.
Colin Ryan of Newmarket on Fergus scored seven points from frees in yesterday’s decider, and is the top scorer of the 2013 Championship.
Along with the other members of the panel, he’s looking forward to another memorable day as they bring the All Ireland crown back home today, and says he hopes it will inspire the next generation of Clare stars.
