Scariff-Ogonnelloe Setting Sights On All Ireland Club Camogie Series

Scariff-Ogonnelloe joint captain Mairead Scanlan feels the competitive nature of the Clare senior camogie championship means winners are always well prepared for provincial and national campaigns.

The East Clare side are preparing for a second All Ireland semi final, as they travel to Clonmel on Sunday afternoon to face reigning champions Oulart the Ballagh from Wexford.

A dramatic late goal from Scanlan saw Scariff-Ogonnelloe claim a second Munster title when they relieved Drom and Inch of their Munster crown.

Scanlan says the manner in which they have arrived at this point means they are ready for another battle.

Throw in on Sunday is at 1.30pm in Clonmel GAA with live commentary on Clare FM in association with the Pipers Inn, Ogonnelloe
