St. Breckans have survived a drop to Intermediate football after a hard fought one point victory this afternoon in their relegation final against Wolfe Tones.
The Shannon side are demoted after a 0-16 to 1-12 loss, after extra time.
Wolfe Tones held a narrow 1-05 to 0-07 lead at half time of normal time, but Breckans came from behind to force the game to extra time with the final score at the end of normal time at 0-13 to 1-10.
