Emergency services are attending the scene of a road crash on the M18 motorway in Clare this morning.
The collision involving two cars happened on the northbound lane close to the Dromoland exit in the past hour.
Gardaí and units from Clare County Fire Service have been dispatched to the scene and the motorway has been closed.
Diversions are in place at junction 10 and motorists are advised to slow down and drive with care in the area.
There are no reports of injuries.
